Automation of processes in transport
Goal:
Comprehensive implementation of an ERP system for a trading and transport company along with a mobile application for drivers carrying out freight in Poland and abroad.
Solution:
Implementation of the Comarch ERP XL product, including commercial, warehouse, accounting and payroll modules. Additionally, implementation of the proprietary CentroLogisitc system operating on mobile devices, which allows, among others, to plan freight, control the flow of documents collected in the field, and the flow of cash on the road.
Process flow

The sales department accepts purchase or sales orders.

In the Comarch ERP XL system, a contract is created, which after approval is sent to the CentroLOGISTIC application.

In the CentroLOGISTIC system – Freight appears in the Logistics panel, which is approved by the logistician and forwarded to the driver

In the CentroLOGISTIC system – a newly planned freight appears in the Drivers panel with detailed information about the order.

Loading, unloading or multiple unloading occurs, scans are attached, cash is accepted or issued.

The completed freight with the confirmed actual quantity goes to ERP Optima where it is transformed into a WZ document to the buffer.

The office employee in Comarch ERP XL confirms the complete set of documents and the WZ. Generates an invoice or a collective invoice in the case of multiple WZ.

Completed freights together with their data constitute data for further analysis, e.g. the basis for calculating remuneration, profitability of a given freight, etc.
