IT Support Specialist

The person employed in this position will be responsible, as the first line of HelpDesk, for receiving and resolving tickets from the company’s customers, diagnosing and solving application, hardware and network problems, providing IT advice, installing and configuring computer equipment, mobile devices and creating documentation for users.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of the Windows 11 operating system,
  • Basic knowledge of how a computer network works,
  • Knowledge of the structure and operation of computer hardware,
  • Knowledge of English sufficient to freely use technical documentation,
  • Education in a relevant field,
  • Ability to diagnose problems and respond to them quickly,
  • Good work organization,
  • Ability to work in a team,
  • Driving license category B.

  • Knowledge of Windows Server, SQL or programming,
  • Knowledge of ERP systems,
  • Knowledge of other manufacturers' programs such as Comarch, Insert, AssecoBS, Sage, Streamsoft.
