IT Support Specialist
The person employed in this position will be responsible, as the first line of HelpDesk, for receiving and resolving tickets from the company’s customers, diagnosing and solving application, hardware and network problems, providing IT advice, installing and configuring computer equipment, mobile devices and creating documentation for users.
